About Devonshire Downs…
Welcome to Devonshire Downs Mobile Home Active Senior Community. This family owned community was purchased in its “infancy” stage in 1968 by the Craven Family. Back in the “good ol days” many a prospective retiree was looking for the “Perfect” retirement spot to settle and enjoy the Golden Years. We still recognize the need for affordable Senior housing and continue to do our best to meet those needs. Our Community has continued to upgrade, renovate, and provide an attractive environment for our active seniors.
Devonshire Downs has a beautiful clubhouse and very nice common facilities to entertain those new arrivals or long term residents. As the early settlers came to California and found our beautiful valley, perfect warm sunny weather, and reasonable cost of living…they continue to come from all parts of the country to enjoy our bit of paradise. We are home to Canadians, Europeans, Asian and all states from across our nation. We strive to be innovative and progressive in our lifestyle.
From its beginning the onsite owners who managed and helped the park grow developed it with the sense of family and togetherness still found today. Over the years, family members, and the next generation of relatives have kept that same standard of personal attention to ongoing maintenance and improvements. Our attention and focus is keeping a clean, safe, and welcoming community for active seniors. We still have many residents who first came to settle in our Park and they remain as happy and content as when they first arrived. We continue to take personal pride in Devonshire Downs MHP and keep our park in the highest of standards. We provide lots of activities to promote a healthy active life style. We have a new generation of retirees who are looking for a great place to enjoy the “golden years”, live an active healthy life, and be a part of a fine neighborhood and a strong community.
